· High level of English

· At least three years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support in a helpdesk environment

· Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate (come in with a “rosh gadol” attitude)

· Global employment experience big advantage

· Certified PC technician

· Microsoft certification a plus

· In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals

· Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components

· Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions

· Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
