Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker at Women's International Zionist Organization in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing social services, support, and welfare to women, children, youth, families, and the elderly. Daily tasks may include conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing counseling, and coordinating services to meet the needs of clients.

Qualifications

• Case management, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Knowledge of social service programs and resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
