Job description

We are looking for a full-time (5 days a week from the office) Laboratory Technician and Research Assistant.

Qualifications:

• An academic degree or diploma studies in the field of chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology engineering/ materials science / food tech and related fields. Can be during final year.  
• High motivation & team player
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
• Experience in laboratory work and analysis.
• Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach.
• Self-learning attitude and a passion for research.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with fragrance materials – an advantage

 Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on laboratory work, primarily focusing on formulating mixtures and performing analytical tasks.
• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring safety compliance and overseeing inventory management, material ordering, and shipment coordination.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team on various projects, providing support and contributing to experimental design and execution.
• Assist in practical tasks related to research projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
