We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Information Security to join our dynamic team. • IT Infrastructure & Security: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring security best practices across systems.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects from concept to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to cross-departmental teams, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
• Information Security: Oversee security protocols, including firewall configurations, IPsec tunnels, encryption, and risk management. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.

• Proven experience in IT Management, preferably in a product or software company.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (Office 365), DevOps practices, and EDR/XDR solutions.
• Expertise in information security protocols, firewalls, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCNP, CompTIA, and CISO are a plus!
