PC Technician Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PC Technician Team Leader to manage a team of PC technicians specializing in hardware, software, operating systems, communication systems, and more. This role involves overseeing the daily management of the team’s tasks, prioritizing and distributing assignments, and ensuring service targets are met. The PC Technician Team Leader will also lead the team both professionally and managerially, providing supervision and training, while being responsible for monitoring and guiding the team. Additionally, this role will involve managing and leading internal organizational projects and collaborating with multiple work interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of PC technicians.
• Oversee daily tasks, ensuring effective prioritization and distribution.
• Maintain service quality and ensure team meets defined targets.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to the team.
• Manage cross-organizational projects and work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Support team development through hands-on training and mentoring.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PC technician in a large organization (1,000+ employees) – required.
• Proven experience in directly managing a team of at least 10 employees – required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team.
• Experience in managing cross-organizational projects.
• Ability to manage multiple work interfaces and collaborate with various stakeholders.
