Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an R&D Director at C2A Security in Jerusalem, with flexibility for some remote work. The R&D Director will lead the research and development team, drive innovation, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within R&D or technology teams
• Strong background in research, innovation, and project management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Demonstrated success in driving product development and technology initiatives
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
