An innovative medical device company headquartered in Cyprus is searching for an Operations Manager to join their new established site in Israel.
The company is focused on importing, distributing, and selling cutting-edge equipment to both public and private stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share in the plastic surgery segment.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients and potential customers.
• Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the medical supplies or healthcare industry,
with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to medical supplies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team to success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• A valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
