Data Operations Manager

Bonot Alternativa, Israel’s leading women’s organization seeks for a Technology and Data Operations Manager to lead the data processes and information systems of our organization.

This is a hybrid position from our offices in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the organization's activities by identifying its needs in data, digital, and technology areas, finding the right solutions, and measuring organizational performance.
• Establishing and implementing technological infrastructures on platforms such as Monday, CRM, Wix, email marketing systems, security tools, organizational data collection infrastructures, etc.
• Defining processes and optimizing existing data tools with a focus on the organization's needs for a fast and effective user experience.
• Providing technical support and training to the organization's employees, and maintaining relationships with customer service teams of the systems in use.
• Managing the organization's data repository in accordance with legal requirements and the organization's security policies.

What You Should Bring:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in defining, implementing, and managing data-based systems, tools, and processes.
• Experience working with automation systems and building complex automations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis or knowledge of data analysis and processing tools – an advantage.
• Experience managing volunteers – an advantage.
