Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to increase engagement, awareness, and donations
- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and report on performance
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and assets
- Test and improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Stay updated on social PPC trends and platform changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns including Facebook
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
- Experience in A/B testing and ad copywriting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Nonprofit or social cause experience - a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
