Global Marketing Manager, CDA Industrial Applications

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

-Create and establish the value proposition of the CDA for Industrial applications

-Develop the CDA industrial applications business and ensure its penetration and growth globally, while working with our sales team globally

-Recommend strategic initiatives for the business and implement such strategies as approved by senior management

-Responsible for the communication in different media in order to serve the business

-Analyze market trends and collect unmet needs of the relevant value chains

-Work with the R&D teams to develop creative solutions for unmet needs in the market, while broadening our portfolio and strengthening our value proposition

-Lead technical resources to ensure the product line is best suited to the needs of the targeted market segments and is well positioned competitively against direct competitors and functional substitutes

-P&L responsibility

Experience/Skills Required:

-Academic Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Natural Science or other relevant degree

-Previous experience in marketing or Business support

-Proven experience and familiarity with water treatment market- an advantage

-Strong capability to lead strategy from ideation through to execution

-Ability to lead a global team, with excellent interpersonal skills

-Strong market understanding with a focus on identifying significant trends

-Analyze and implement product positioning strategies

-Understanding of global branding

-Ability to think creatively and solve problems

-Pro-active and self-starter

-Willing to travel globally

-English – Excellent
