VP Finance

Bigabid is an innovative technology company led by data scientists and engineers devoted to mobile app growth. Our proprietary ad platforms powered by machine learning are a culmination of that devotion. Our ever evolving, state-of-the-art machine learning technology analyzes tens of TB of raw data per day to produce millions of ad recommendations in real-time.

As the company’s VP Finance , you will be responsible for the finance and legal operations of the company, including: strategy, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and investor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Work with CEO and management team
• Responsible for yearly financial plans and objectives that align with the company’s goals.
• Leading a solid financial infrastructure while defining business and budget KPI’s for each activity / department of the company.
• Lead the legal activity of the company
• Work with banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT) , public auditors and officials
• Communicate, engage and interact with board of directors, shareholders and potential investors
• Overseeing financial transactions recording, GL maintenance, banks and credit cards reconciliations, monthly and annual closing processes
• Drive company strategy and financial goals
  
  

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA after big 4 internship - Advantage
• 10+ years total accounting or finance experience
• 3+ years experience as a VP Finance in a startup, high-tech company (publicly traded- advantage, SAAS company -advantage)
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with board members and investors
• Hand-on approach
• A team player, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details, multi-tasking.
• Excellent English - verbal and writing
