Community Program Manager

An American multinational technology company is looking for a Community Program Manager to help build and engage a thriving community around our brand, products, and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with community members and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Develop and manage community-focused initiatives, events, and programs to drive engagement and growth.
• Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, gathering insights to inform company decisions.
• Monitor community engagement and program impact, continuously optimizing for success.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in community management, program development, or event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills English - must, French/Spanish - advantage.
• Proven experience managing multiple community initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to address challenges and maintain a positive environment.
