Position Overview:
As the Customer Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. We are looking for a passionate individual who is fluent in both English and Hebrew, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a natural ability to connect with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via various channels, resolving inquiries, issues, and providing product information.
Proactively engage with customers to build and maintain positive relationships.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the customer support function.
Previous experience in a customer support role and a team player.
E-commerce industry experience is a plus.
