About the Role:

We are excited to invite a talented individual to join our Technology department in Israel as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical assistance to our employees and users, troubleshooting issues related to the GGT system and computer software. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution within our dynamic tech environment.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong technical acumen with a focus on problem-solving.
• Previous help desk or customer support experience preferred.
• High level of customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with well-developed analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to draw accurate conclusions.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and work towards collective goals.
• Essential knowledge in SQL is required.
• Additional Tools: Experience with Zendesk and Jira is an advantage.
