A FinTech American company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will:

You will coordinate complex schedules for multi-stage interviews while maintaining the highest service level for candidates and our employees

You will issue salary offers and validate legal compliance

You will maintain our recruitment infrastructures, such as the onboarding process

Requirements:

2+ years of TAC or Administration or Operations experience

Full professional proficiency in English

Full-time commitment, sometimes adapted to time zone differences

Dedication and passion for achieving goals

Capability and desire for collaborative teamwork

An academic degree or equivalent work experience
