About the Role: Red Team Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Red Team Operations Team Lead to strengthen our cybersecurity efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of security experts dedicated to identifying, testing, and mitigating potential security threats, playing a crucial role in protecting our digital assets and reputation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Building: Guide and inspire a team of red teamers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in cybersecurity.
• Penetration Testing Excellence: Plan, design, and execute complex penetration tests and simulated attacks on our networks, systems, and infrastructure to expose and understand vulnerabilities.
• Conduct Hacking Campaigns: Lead comprehensive hacking campaigns using a variety of methods, including social engineering, physical penetration testing, and custom exploit development.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other security teams to provide actionable recommendations for security enhancements, aligning with the broader security strategies of the organization.
• Stay Ahead of Threats: Continuously research emerging threats, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge red team operation.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.

What You Bring:

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a red team or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience leading cybersecurity teams.
• Expertise in Offensive Security: Deep knowledge of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies, particularly in enterprise environments across Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in security research, reverse engineering, and custom exploit development. Strong understanding of network protocols, network security, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Multilingual Abilities: Fluent in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a must, and German language skills are an advantage.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience in OT and IoT security is a significant advantage.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
