The Team

A&M Cyber’s Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in Tel Aviv is a hub for advanced offensive security capabilities and innovative cyber tradecraft. Our Adversarial Tactics team combines red teaming, threat emulation, and attacker‑minded security engineering to help clients assess and harden their defenses against real-world threats.

We are seeking an experienced Manager, focused on Adversarial Tactics (Red Teaming, Attack Paths), to join our newly established Cyber Security Centre of Excellence in Tel Aviv. You will recruit and mentor an exceptional cohort of operators, tooling developers, and purple leads; set global operational standards; and ensure consistent, client-ready outcomes that elevate detection, response, and control efficacy worldwide. You will distil complex operational findings into clear narratives and executive-grade deliverables, aligning engagements to realistic adversary TTPs, regional regulations, and business priorities.

How you will contribute

Lead and execute full‑spectrum adversarial assessments (red team, purple team, threat‑informed security testing) against enterprise environments, prioritizing realistic TTPs and measurable detection/response outcomes.
Design and run threat emulation campaigns mapped to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, tailored to client threat models and critical business processes.
Build and operationalize adversary toolchains and infrastructure (C2 frameworks, payload development, OPSEC safeguards) while enforcing safe‑by‑design testing standards.
Partner with blue teams to conduct purple team exercises, hypothesis‑driven detection engineering, and iterative control tuning that improves signal fidelity and reduces dwell time.
Lead scoping, methodology selection, and delivery planning; own engagement governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication with client security and executive teams.
Produce clear, evidence‑based reports and executive readouts that translate technical findings into business‑relevant risks and prioritized remediation roadmaps.
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies; contribute to proposals, marketing collateral, and whitepapers.

Develop and mentor team members; contribute playbooks, repeatable methodologies, and internal tooling to accelerate quality and scale.
Support practice growth through proposal development, solution packaging, and thought leadership on adversarial tradecraft and emerging threats.
Collaborate with IR and threat intelligence teams to integrate post‑incident lessons into proactive adversarial testing programs.

Qualifications

Experience: 4 – 6+ years in adversarial security, including hands‑on leadership of red/purple team or advanced penetration testing engagements across enterprise networks and cloud workloads.
Consulting experience with international/enterprise clients.
Proven team leadership, building and managing teams of 5 - 10+ professionals.
Demonstrated success leading high-performance security teams; experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary talent across regions.
Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; proven record planning and executing adversary-emulation in cloud/SaaS and enterprise contexts at global scale.
Close collaboration history with IR, Threat Intelligence and Enterprise Security: ability to convert threat led insights and cyber posture content and maturity control improvements with measurable outcomes.
Experience in establishing and managing attack infrastructure and C2 for stealth operations; enforce rigorous OpSec and risk controls throughout multi-region engagements.
Language: Professional proficiency in English; Hebrew proficiency advantageous.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive briefings; adept at aligning technical findings to business risk.
Right to work: Authorization to work in Israel. Willingness to travel for client needs (periodic, as required).
