Salesforce Analyst (student position)

We automate, accelerate, and scale the vendor security evaluation and management process so customers can quickly and easily manage, mitigate and remediate risk, reduce breaches, ensure supplier compliance, and improve their security across the board.

About the Role

As a Salesforce analyst student at Panorays, you will be working with the business applications & operations team to design, implement, and maintain the Salesforce platform, as well as additional integrations and applications.

*This position requires a hybrid work model, with in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays.

• Collaborating with advanced technologies and processes (Apex, Flows, Lightning, etc.) to implement the best solutions that support the company's growth and business objectives.
• Engaging with various stakeholders across the company, including Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and more.
• Providing ongoing support for existing and new solutions across Salesforce and its connected integrations.
• Supporting BI initiatives that interface with the Salesforce platform or one of its connected integrations.

Experience & Skills

• Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
• B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (in progress; preference for students entering their final year).
• Experience with marketing tools and processes (advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (must).
• Strong team player.
• Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes.
• Minimum availability of 25 hours per week.
