HR Specialist - Temporary (Replacemnet for Maternity leave)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile HR Specialist to join our team temporarily and support our HR

functions, primarily focusing on recruitment and employee welfare activities.

• This position is a replacement for maternity leave (Up to 6 Months)
  
  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including working with Hiring managers, job
  
  

• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee welfare activities, including Company Happy hours and
  
  

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the
  
  

• Provide support to the HR team in diverse areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and
  
  

• Proven experience in recruitment, Welfare, and general HR functions.
• Academic degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Fast learner, able to work in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt and respond to change
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
