Product Design Manager

Connecteam, a Tel Aviv-based startup, is on a mission to revolutionize work for the 80% deskless workforce. Our all-in-one platform empowers over 44,000 businesses to manage their frontline teams with ease.

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to spearhead our design department and shape the future of our platform. This is a pivotal role, as you'll be the first to lead our design strategy at Connecteam. You will manage and mentor a team of designers, collaborating across all departments to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding user experiences on both web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• :Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
• .Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s business goals and vision
• .Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to final visual design and implementation
• .Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other key stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences
• .Drive the continuous improvement of design processes and introduce new methodologies to enhance creativity and efficiency
• .Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all platforms
• .Promote a design culture that values excellence, attention to detail, and user-centric thinking
• .Build and scale the design department, establishing processes and best practices to support long-term growth and success

Requirement

• s:Proven experience in a SaaS or Product company—this is essentia
• l.At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of at least 4 designer
• s.A strong portfolio showcasing your design work—require
• d.Experience in designing complex B2C/SaaS systems on both mobile and web platform
• s.Expertise in the entire design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual & interaction design, and usability testin
• g.Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with cross-functional team
• s.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneousl
• y.Team player with excellent communication skills, open to feedback, and a collaborative mindse
• t.Mastery of Figma and proficiency in Adobe CC and other design tool
