As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence. Your role will involve creating compelling content, managing our social media accounts, and collaborating with influencers to build and engage our online community. You will have the creative freedom to bring your ideas to life and make a significant impact on our brand’s online presence.

You will be in charge of:

• Account Management: Oversee and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring timely and effective engagement with our audience.
• Content Creation: Develop and execute creative social media content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values. This includes graphics, videos, and copy for various platforms.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and build relationships with influencers to expand our reach and drive brand advocacy.
• Strategy Development: Help shape and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize our social media efforts.

We are looking for:

• A part-time position. Can be as a freelance as well, if preferred.
• Someone who is passionate about beauty and social media.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing posts.
• Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
