What are we looking for?

We seek a Full Stack Developers - Team Lead to lead our development team, driving the evolution of our platform, including the innovative Pro system. You will oversee all technical aspects of development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with the strategic goals.

This role involves close collaboration with the executive team, focusing on transforming into a comprehensive operating system for financial professionals.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, fostering collaboration and high performance.

• Technical Oversight: Manage the development and architecture of the platform, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

• Client-Centric Focus: Prioritize features that enhance the client journey, transforming interactions into continuous, value-driven engagements.

• Innovation: Integrate advanced technologies like LLM models and machine learning into the platform.

So, if your qualifications are:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Extensive experience with AWS and Node.js.

• Skills: Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills with a strategic mindset. Experience in wealth management and financial services technology is preferred.
