We are looking for a passionate Office Manager and Employee Experience to join our growing team and become an impactful partner in our company's growth and success.
As our Office Manager and employee experience, you will be responsible for a major part of our daily life, events, and almost every task related to the employee experience journey, HR operations, office admin, and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the calendar of the CEO , prioritizing meetings and activities and coordinating with internal
- Responsible for all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleaning services, building maintenance,
- Plan and execute the company’s employee experience activities, including company events, gifts, swag, etc., for our
- Support HR hiring and other initiatives
- Be the face of the office, greeting visitors and welcoming/onboarding new employees on their first and last day.
- Assisting and arranging conferences, offsites, and meetings.
- Work with VP Finance & Operations:
○ managing other payment methods, such as Mesh credit cards,
○ Provide invoices to the bookkeeping department
○ preparing travel and expense reports of the Founders,
○ Working with SOC2 contractor to provide supporting documents
○ Supporting payroll processes such as providing payroll forms to new employees
and managing the Time attendance system
- Working with the Company’s Travel agency on business travel coordination.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects.
- Report and work closely with the VP of HR.
- 1- 2 years of previous experience in an office Manager position within a startup.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written - a must
- Self-driven, independent, empathic, energetic and proactive.
- People's person, team player, and positive attitude!
- Well organized and able to handle multi-tasking in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
