Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, software development, and systems integration. As an Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the smooth operation of systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, create innovative solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Collaborate with software development, DevOps, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.

- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts for regression, performance, and load testing.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of code across environments.

- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving automation-related issues in a timely manner.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, tools, and scripts.

- Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation solutions to ensure they remain current with technological advancements.

- Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and processes.

- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new automation tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, Software Developer, or in a similar role.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.

- Experience with automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, etc.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Bash, PowerShell).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of network protocols, security, and system administration.

- Certification in relevant automation or DevOps tools.
