We are an established software house based in Petach -Tikva (Nearby the Shankar station of the DanKal train).

A Point Systems ltd specializes in developing information systems on Access, Vue.js & SQL Server platform in Israel and overseas, building information systems for organizations of all sizes, from small and medium businesses to large corporations and government offices.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Customer Support position located in Petah Tikva. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Access & SQL Server is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in system information or related field/second -thirds year student

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support an existing customer
• Onboarding and Implementation of new customers.
• Customers training.
• Work with maintenance and building management companies

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Patient and calm personality characteristic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew fluent)
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent in-person communication
• Good understanding of SW and Applications flow and user journey

• Experience working with Monday
• Experience with Office365 products
• Experience working with B2B
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
