Information Technology Help Desk Support

Role Overview:

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge technology infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations across our network.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Deploy and maintain private cloud environments, leveraging industry best practices.
• Handle Microsoft server configurations, updates, and security patches.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Manage and support VoIP phone systems, troubleshoot call quality issues, and enhance communication channels.
• Provide timely technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related queries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, VMware) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and Microsoft products.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused mindset and effective communication skills.
