Your Role

• Operation of the activity with the company's external customers, from receiving an order to delivery to the customer while maintaining the level of service.
• Managing the current activity in the SAP system - OTC & PTP.
• Planning and coordinating the production of the company's products with the various manufacturers and suppliers abroad, including managing requirements/purchase orders.
• Monitoring and control of import shipments with the various forwarders.
• Responsibility for the database in SAP, including maintenance of SKUs in the database.
• Support for supply chain reports abroad - presentations and Excel reports.
• Support projects to streamline and improve supply chain processes.
• Subordination to the supply chain manager.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in industry and management/logistics - mandatory
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position - mandatory
• Experience working in SAP systems or a similar ERP system - mandatory.
• Work experience and expertise in office - mandatory
• High level English & Hebrew: writing and speaking - mandatory
• Experience working in an international company - an advantage.
• Familiarity with import and logistics processes.
• Good human relations, service orientation, independence, ability to lead processes.
• Assertiveness, initiative, multi-tasking, high service consciousness, ability to prioritize tasks are required.
• Willingness for an intensive role in front of several interfaces at the same time.
