Global Business Development Associate (Remote - Contract & Commission-Based)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on promoting GlobalStart's programs and services, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our client base. This is not an employment position, but a commission-based contract role, offering you the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for GlobalStart’s programs and services within target markets.
• Generate and nurture leads, building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to promote GlobalStart’s offerings in mentoring, AI consulting, and business innovation.
• Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Attend virtual events, webinars, and industry meetings to represent GlobalStart and expand our reach.
• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales and business development targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the consulting, coaching, or innovation space.
• Strong understanding of global markets and the ability to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with AI, data science, and business innovation is a plus.

This is a commission-based role, meaning your income is directly tied to your performance and sales success. Compensation is highly competitive for top performers, with opportunities for substantial earnings.
