Who are you?

A dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, gathering user feedback and insights, conducting competitive analysis, and developing sales enablement materials to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Go-to-Market Plan:

• Create go-to-market strategies for product features, new launched solutions, and verticals
• Drive product awareness and adoption in new market segments
• Formulate and refine product positioning and messaging strategies
• Utilize market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to create a GTM plan
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product and marketing decisions

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

• Understand market trends and competitive factors
• Become an expert on our customers, their needs, and pain points
• Conduct regular competitive analysis
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies

Sales Enablement

• Develop sales materials like presentations, case studies, and testimonials
• Equip the sales team with necessary tools and information to effectively sell products

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams
• Ensure alignment on product strategy and go-to-market plans
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product meets customer needs
• Plan and manage webinars and other events
• Responsible for the liaison with the business development team

Website Content

• Oversee the development and management of website content

Community Programs:

• Manage the Ambassador Program and the Women community initiatives

Ideally, we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

These would also be nice:

• Advantage- experience in B2B Saas marketing
