IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including on premise servers, VPNs, networks, and cloud services.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Perform thorough investigations of system logs for troubleshooting, security, and optimization.
• Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT strategies to support organizational goals
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the procurement and maintenance of necessary IT equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations including ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, audits, systems, and configurations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and certifications such as (CISSP ,CISA, CISM , AWS Certified Solutions Architect etc) or Bachelor's degree in related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 years in a management role

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity

• Proven experience with system configuration, log analysis, server architectures

• Expertise in Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, GSuite and GPO management

• Proficiency in networking, including experience with HP switches, WiFi systems, and IP cameras

• Familiarity with compliance standards and implementation processes

• Experience in managing IT vendors and suppliers

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ability to think strategically and implement cost effective and timely solutions.

• Experience in planning and executing IT projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
