We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product Growth Analytics team.

As a Business Analyst in our Product Growth Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our self service motion and broader growth initiatives. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, conversion optimization, and business growth. So, what will you be doing all day?

• Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify trends, optimize funnels, and drive product growth.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analyses that track and optimize growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align data-driven strategies and achieve business goals.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, consistently validating and updating datasets while contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
• Lead A/B testing and pre-post analyses to evaluate product changes and identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract, transform, and analyze data, providing timely insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize and automate data processes.
• Provide analysis support for ongoing business needs and strategic initiatives.
  
  

• Has 3-4 years of experience as a Business/Analytics/Operations Analyst in a tech or SaaS company.
• Holds a BA/B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Is highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Has a proven track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Is fluent in English, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Is detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and enjoys tackling complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
