Import Specialist

Are you a wizard in international import operations? Join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing air, sea, and express shipments!

What will you do?

•  Handling and tracking international shipments (air, sea, express).
•  Prepare documentation and generate internal/external reports.
• Coordinating with warehouses and shipping companies.
• Approving invoices, negotiating quotes, and managing relationships with shipping companies.
• Collaborating with the Standards Institute of Israel.

Requirements:

•  3 years of experience in import operations – Mandatory.
•  Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) – Mandatory.
•  Advanced Excel skills (tables, pivot tables, graphs, formulas) – Mandatory.
•  Experience with PRIORITY software – Highly advantageous.
•  Experience with bill of lading systems and Global Gateway – Advantage.
•  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
•  Strong initiative and task prioritization skills.
