What They’re Looking Fo

r:A relevant Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematic
s.At least 1 year of experience as a data analys
t.Proficiency in SQL with at least 1 year of hands-on experienc
e.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
s.Experience with Marketing Cloud/UNICA – a plu
s.A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skill
s.A passion for data and the ability to see the big pictur
