Business Unit Manager

The position includes full management of a profit center in the human and financial aspects

Planning, management and execution of project work plans

Management of a department of about 20-30 employees

Project management and strategic clients - project planning and pricing, responsibility for work plans, budget management

Business development of services, support for presale processes, writing quotes, responding to tenders and projects, expansions within existing customers, improving business processes and customer experience

Control and management of income and expenses

Job requirements:

Experience in managing business activity of a profit and loss unit

Experience in managing teams of at least 15 employees

Experience in project work, project management, managing budgets, resources and schedules

Experience in the worlds of information systems, managing and leading software projects, leading technical solutions from a business perspective
