We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Development Team Leader with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of clean code and robust testing within the team, with proven track record of instilling a sense of ownership and accountability among team members, leading to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Drive feature development from initial requirements through to final delivery.
• Take ownership of the software development lifecycle E2E within an agile framework (planning, desing, execution, testing, deployment, retrospective).
• Atract and retain top talent, foster a team culture of high engaement and high motivation
• Uphold high standards in code quality, scalability, readability, and performance throughout development cycles.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a software development team lead, managing at least 4 engineers
• Minimum of 4 years of development experience, including both frontend and backend expertise
• Significant knowledge in React and Typescript / JavaScript.
• Proven experience in building backend micro-services using modern technologies (Node.js, Pyhon, Golang, Java, C#), preferably in high-scale.
• Ability to navigate and resolve intricate technical challenges, demonstrating autonomy, top-notch design, and analytical prowess.
• A mindset that challenges existing paradigms, constantly seeking workflow improvements.
• A B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency in creating and supporting reusable and maintainable components.
• A start-up working experience, preferably in early stages – major advantage
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright- an advantage.
• Extension development – an advantage.
• Electron framework – an advantage.
