• Managing the end-to-end system implementation process for the company's SMB clients.
• Analyzing business needs to tailor system features and optimize business processes.
• Conducting regular training sessions and providing ongoing support to clients.
• Maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure smooth implementation and efficient long-term system usage.
• Providing daily support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and implementation activities.
• Performing system configuration tasks for clients during the implementation process.

• Experience in system implementation and business needs analysis - a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working with CRM and/or automation systems - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) - an advantage.
• Understanding and experience with digital campaigns on various platforms - an advantage.
