Help Desk Technician

Union Motors Toyota is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our employees, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Install and configure new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide remote support and assistance to users.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD and Azure.
• Support various hardware devices, including printers, scanners, iPads, and mobile devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices for corporate use.
• Manage and troubleshoot fixed-line telephony systems.
• Assist with the implementation and support of enterprise applications.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and Exchange.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
