Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Tool Design and Fixtures Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment within a leading security company.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop production tools, fixtures, molds, lifting devices, transportation, measurement, and assembly for a wide range of applications (machining, composite materials, integration, etc.). Plan and document manufacturing processes for parts and mechanisms.
2. Develop and implement engineering changes to existing tools, collaborate with subcontractors, and provide ongoing engineering support to production engineers to solve manufacturing and process issues. Define and write specifications for the design and manufacturing of tools and fixtures by subcontractors.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory
• Experience with SolidWorks - Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design - Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in tool design - Advantage
• Experience with NX - Advantage
• Good command of English
• Deep knowledge of technical drawings
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Familiarity with the coatings industry - Advantage
