Marketing Manager Israel, Europe & Asia

Marketing Manager plays a vital role in supporting CMO, executing marketing strategies and collaborate with team members to implement marketing plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

·        Marketing materials: creating compelling marketing content, such as emails, ad copy, presentations, tracking projects and assisting in standardizing marketing collateral

·        Market research: conducting market research to define target audience, understanding consumer insights and creating buyer personas

·        Competitor analysis: Identifying industry best practices to optimize existing campaigns

·        Execute brand strategy through distributor activities: support distributors with collateral updates, campaigns, online activities, promotions, distributor's website

·        Responsible for company's photoshoots, videos, exhibitions and trade shows

·        Manage outsourced suppliers, such as content creators, copywriters, photographers, print, translation and others

·        Manage graphic design

·        Ecom management – responsible for the overarching strategy of the company's website, including content, design and content development to optimize website conversions

·        Oversee all paid campaigns in different verticals, countries and languages

·        Managing the territories social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement and engagement

·        Generate performance reports for all major KPI's

Requirements and skills

·        Education: a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

·        Experience: at least two years' experience in marketing (social media and Ecom an advantage)

·        Analytical skills: ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data (KPI's and ROI metrics)

·        Software proficiency: familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot as well as email marketing tools like MailChimp

·        Communication: excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English (for the LATAM role, Spanish is an advantage)
