Business Development Representative

An international outsource software company located in the Sharon area is looking for a tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) who loves networking and building new relationships.

• Responsible for driving business into the firm’s engineering teams, while utilizing business opportunities from various sources. The position requires close engagement with clients and thus requires a candidate who is extremely passionate about technology/software, motivated, dedicated, and interested in becoming a top performer

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and generating leads through various tools social media channels, networking events, etc.

- Managing an existing sales pipeline while creating new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with start-ups and enterprise executives.

- As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s (or Masters) Degree

-2 years of sales experience in the relevant domains (software sales a plus)

-Experience in managing a full sales cycle with top-tier executives

- Ability to communicate with top-tier executives on informal and professional matters, while creating essential relationships.-Passionate about people and technology

-Proactive, results-oriented, curious, able to work independently when needed

-Native English Level – Spoken & Written

-Professional and positive attitude

-Experience with CRM & Microsoft products.

-Availability to travel
