Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of 12 Account Managers that support the international distributors, ensuring the smooth execution of all sales-related tasks.

You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify, develop, and enhance sales processes that drive efficiency and growth.

Your role will involve coordinating with various internal departments—including Sales, FP&A, Marketing, Graphics, Logistics, Registration, IT, and Accounting—to ensure seamless communication and the timely exchange of information.

Additionally, you will oversee major sales projects, such as ERP implementation, and manage the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely handling of payables and receivables.

This role is pivotal in supporting the overall sales strategy and ensuring the team's success.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in team management - MUST
• Experience in operational management from forwarding/Import & Export companies in Consumer Goods sector - MUST
• Fluent in English + Hebrew in speaking and writing.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
