Quality Assurance Engineer

Real Time-Group LTD, Software Solutions Center, is looking for a passionate, motivated and innovative QA Engineer for Real Time Systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Engineering - MUST.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing for Real-Time Embedded systems - MUST.
• Experience in conducting software testing using simulators and test benches - MUST.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English - MUST.
• Critical thinking, high motivation, proactiveness, and ability to work independently within a team.
• Strong technical proficiency and quick learning ability to quickly understand complex systems and attention to details.
• Creative problem-solving skills, ability to design challenging test scenarios that help uncover system issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members, developers, system engineers, and managers.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of avionics systems (significant advantage).
• Experience in writing automated tests.
• Experience working with APIs.
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience in writing Python code.
• Experience working with ALM, QC, XRAY, JIRA.
• Experience in working with DevOps processes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.

Security Clearance is an advantage.
