Affiliate Manager with German or Russian

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to step into the role of Affiliate Manager with proficiency in German or Russian. In this position, you will manage and expand our affiliate network, ensuring optimal performance and fostering key partnerships. If you have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing and fluency in German or Russian, we are eager to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new Affiliates/IBs and manage relationships with existing ones
• Oversee and monitor affiliate programs and their activities
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues
• Seek out and negotiate with Affiliate/Traffic networks to collaborate with the affiliate program
• Negotiate new contracts or renew existing agreements with affiliates
• Develop proposals for new affiliate partnerships based on projected ROI
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activities or policy breaches, such as spamming or unauthorized information sharing
• Analyze sales reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make necessary improvements or discontinuations
• Evaluate demographic data and statistics to uncover emerging markets and opportunities
• Work with the creative team to produce promotional materials for affiliates tailored to specific regions
• Draft marketing briefs to develop campaign assets and propose new campaign ideas or bonus offers
• Represent the company at international events, including exhibitions, meetups, and seminars
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Native in Russian or German and English (minimum B2 level)
• 1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous
• Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, particularly with FX brokers
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate and partner marketing channels
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Familiarity with affiliate networks
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a curious and positive outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel for conferences or team meetings as required
