Responsibilities

As our Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with, and represent Emcie, to our customers and open-source community of users. This role involves understanding user feedback, identifying common patterns, informing management and R&D, and participating in product and design decisions, as well as devising, implementing, and offering technical solutions based on Emcie's platform and open-source infrastructure.

Technical Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with SaaS and REST APIs.
• Native and articulate English in both speech and writing.
• Advantage: Experience with open-source projects.

Experience & Other Qualifications

• People person: effective and empathetic listener and communicator.
• Highly driven, meticulous, and self-motivated, with a passion for solving problems in the cleanest, most efficient way possible.
• Advantage: Experience working in a pre-sales role, including conducting technical demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
