Junior Buyer

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Junior Buyer to become a key player in our Holon team. If you're a seasoned Junior Buyer and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Holon

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

This position will be part of Sapiens’ Corporate division.

What You’ll Do

• Focal point for indirect procurement.
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities to reduce company costs & improve engagement terms.
• Handling contracts & conducting negotiations end-to-end.
• Working closely and providing excellent service to all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Day-to-day vendor management.
• Working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects on an ongoing basis.
  
  

What To Have For This Position

Must have Skills:

• Experience of 2+ years as a Buyer.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Ability to handle Indirect procurement activities end-to-end.
• Ability to understand and read contracts.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Capable of thriving in a stressed and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills (people's person).
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
• High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP system.

• Experience in a global organization.
• Experience in Hi-Tech environment.
