Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mobile apps gaming industry / Gambling industry exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Identify new market opportunities and ensure alignment with the company's mission and vision.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Implement best practices and processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure financial stability and growth through effective resource allocation and cost management.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative company culture that supports innovation and professional development.
• Business Development: Drive business development efforts, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand presence.
• Product Strategy: Collaborate with the product development team to shape the company's gaming portfolio. Ensure that products align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and employees. Provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the Gambling / Mobile Apps gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile game development, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
