Job Description - VP of Sales (Hands-On): We are seeking a hands-on VP of Sales to join the founding team of this new venture. As the first sales team member, the VP of Sales will be responsible for driving sales in the Israeli market, focusing on the existing customers of our parent company. This is a critical role in establishing the venture's initial revenue streams and ensuring early success before it becomes an independent entity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an efficient and effective sales process tailored to the new product and target market.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding current engagements.
- Execute direct sales (Hands-On) and develop creative and targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the product meets customer needs optimally.
- Prepare and plan for the process of acquiring new customers as the company grows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise software or advanced technologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment with limited resources.
- Experience working with large or enterprise customers in the Israeli market.
- High-level time management and prioritization skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to be part of the founding and growth process of a new company.
