Organization & Operation Excellence Consultant

A leading financial organization is looking for a seasoned organization and operation excellence consultant. This includes workforce planning, evaluating organizational structures and operational models, and improving cross-organizational and business processes using various methodologies like Lean and Agile.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct organizational and process diagnostics, including data collection and analysis.

Identify gaps in work processes, operational models, and strategies.

Initiate, analyze, and develop organizational solutions, including collaborative workshops.

Create and prioritize work plans for continuous improvement.

Lead change initiatives and manage resistance.

Provide consultation and guidance to senior management on the above matters.

Present projects and results to senior leadership.

Required Experience:

Relevant bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Consulting, or Economics.

Proven experience in process/organizational consulting and leading change processes—preference for experience with consulting firms.

Familiarity with methodologies from the fields of management engineering, Lean, and Agile.

Strategic and analytical thinking skills with a broad systemic perspective.
