We are looking for an IT Technician for a global enterprise in Migdal Haemek

Job Description:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and various computing equipment and devices.
Reimage laptops and desktops and installation of network MFD printers.
Answering user questions directly related to Windows 7/10 and Office 2016 and 365.

Preferred Job Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience providing end-user support in an Enterprise environment - A must.
Hardware & Software troubleshooting.
Experience working with Microsoft tools (Active Directory, Office 2016 and 365, and OS Win 7/10).
Excellent English.
