We're seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Tech Lead deeply passionate about maintaining high standards and fostering proper development practices in React and Next.js, empowering our technical ecosystem to evolve seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a cross-functional team of developers, setting and upholding high standards for frontend and backend development.
• Define and implement coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns within React and Next.js to ensure a clean and scalable codebase
• Lead scalable microservices on cloud platforms with a focus on resilience. Apply backend expertise, architectural design, and CI/CD tools for efficient, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to design and develop new application features, maintaining the integrity of existing code and minimizing adverse impacts on other areas.
• Assume ownership of the application's codebase, continuously optimizing it for readability, maintainability, and ease of future enhancements.
• Ensure the application's infrastructure and code are aligned with industry standards, making it robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  
  

• Over 8 years of building large-scale applications across diverse technologies and platforms.
• Experience working with JS MVC frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience in programming backend services in NodeJS/ Python/Java/Scala
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.
• Proven proficiency in backend development architecture, and adept use of CI/CD tools for crafting efficient, scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience designing scalable microservices architectures on cloud platforms.
• Exceptional product sense and a passion for creating software that delivers outstanding user experiences, with demonstrated expertise in data visualization.
• Leadership in inspiring development teams, and setting high standards for excellence in practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and forward-thinking approach to application architecture and development.
